Max' Cookie Company, Inc. (MCC, Inc) began in our founder's very own kitchen with a simple, but successful plan; a secret hand-mixed recipe, only the highest-quality ingredients used and a passion for excellence in everything he put his hands to!
As we expand and grow in popularity, we have never lost these traditions which are the main reasons our corporate and private clientele keep coming back for more.
We started as a gourmet bakery for Corporate businesses exclusively but as the word got out and calls came in, we realized that there was a huge demand for truly good, superior, scratch baked goods for the general public. So, we went public and have been a favorite of most since then.
On April 1, 2013, Max's Cookie Company, Inc. (MCC, Inc.) added to its business portfolio by acquiring the historic Bothof's Bakery in downtown Visalia and have now been offering a wide selection of Bothof originals along with our gourmet desserts including cakes for all occasions, brownies, cupcakes, pastries, fresh breads and, of course, what has made us famous... OUR GOURMET COOKIES!!

In June 2018, Max's opened its newest location at the Savemart Center on the corner of Akers & Goshen, by The Lakes.

On February 14th, 2024, Max's Cookie Company, Inc. again added to its business footprint when they purchased the former Frosted Muffin location to handle their exponential growth and to handle their increased corporate contracts!
